We aim to respond within 24 hours of receiving your submission.

If your booking request is urgent, please call 07545 326 792 (leave a voicemail if no answer)

and follow up via WhatsApp or email as well as completing the below form.

We offer home visits from Monday to Friday between 07:00 and 17:00. When booking you will be asked your preferred days and general time window — we’ll always endeavour to match your availability, please give us as much availability as possible so we are better able to accommodate you.

Thank you for choosing our services! We offer home visit appointments from 7am - 5pm Mondays - Fridays. By completing this form, I acknowledge that I am indicating my preferred days. Appointment times will be scheduled based on the mutual availability of the vet and myself. A time window for arrival will be provided at least 24 hours in advance.

I understand that once my booking request has been received, I will be contacted with details to pay the full consultation or vaccination fee in advance. I understand that without paying this, my booking is not final

Please share your availability (or that of a trusted person) and any dates/times you are unavailable. If you’re short on time, we recommend requesting a morning appointment, as AM slots usually run closer to schedule with fewer delays due to emergencies

Is your pet nervous? (If yes, we strongly recommend a pre-visit telephone consultation, so that we can plan appropriately for our visit. Requests for telephone consultations can also be requested via this form)
