Rabies vaccinations (must be given at least 21 days before travel)
AHCs – please enquire for costs Guidance on tapeworm treatment if needed for re-entry into the UK.
Individual requirements will be discussed at the time of your appointment.
What We Need From You:
To complete your pet’s AHC, we’ll send you a short questionnaire before your appointment.
You’ll need to provide information such as:
The country of first entry into the EU
The exact date of entry
Any other EU countries that you will be travelling through
This information is legally required and will be printed on your pet’s certificate — please ensure it's accurate.
Returning to the UK
If you are travelling to a non–tapeworm-free EU country (such as France, Spain, or Italy), your pet will need a tapeworm treatment 24–120 hours before coming back into the UK.
