There are two ways to arrange your pet’s travel documentation through our service:

Book a Travel Planning Consultation
Ideal if you’d like us to manage your pet’s travel process from start to finish. We’ll review your itinerary, confirm the correct documents, and ensure full compliance with all regulations.

Request Specific Travel Documents
Perfect if you already know exactly which travel documents you need and are using a specific pet travel agent. We’ll prepare the paperwork you request, based on the details you provide.

Please note: If you do not book a Travel Planning Consultation, we cannot take responsibility for any part of the travel process outside of the specific documents you have requested from us.

Important Information
We must be able to contact the travel agent or the person travelling with the pet to confirm details and ensure accuracy.
Full payment is required in advance for all travel appointments, including telephone planning consultations.
